Terms & Conditions for businesses

- Our company guarantees to address pest control issues during scheduled regular visits. For monthly service agreement we will provide up to 2 additional service at no extra cost, if required. If additional visit required beyond the 14 visits per year under a monthly agreement, an additional charge of £70 per visit will apply.

- For bi-monthly service agreement we will provide 1 additional visit per year at no extra cost. Any visit beyond the 7 total visits per year, will be charged at £70 per visit.

- For quarterly service agreement any additional visit requested outside the agreed schedule will be charged at a minimum fee of £70 per visit.

- This Service Agreement does not automatically renew, either party must provide 30 days written notice to cancel the agreement.

Service Guarantee: We agree to apply appropriate treatments to control the pest listed in this agreement, in accordance with its terms and conditions. All labor and materials will be provided to ensure effective pest control while maintaining maximum safety in compliance with local council regulations .
